Craun is a Cleveland-based artist who works primarily in print, and various works on paper
including artist books. She frequently teaches through various non-profits that service the
Cleveland Public Schools, as well as the Cleveland Institute of Art. She loves the challenge of
translating print and book experiences to students of all ages and backgrounds. Craun makes
her work primarily in her home studio, as well as Zygote Press, where she was formerly the
Associate Director. Craun’s work has been exhibited widely in the Cleveland Area, nationally,
and internationally. She has great hope for the city of Cleveland, and makes her home and
studio base in the city proper with her husband and two children to be actively engaged in this
optimism.
